We delivered the full delegate experience — main plenary stage and scenic, breakout session rooms, simultaneous interpretation, lectern and totem branding, photography and protocol support.

Working alongside the Ministry of Environment, REMA, the UNFCCC Secretariat and the Green Climate Fund, our team produced four days of high-level dialogue under the theme "Climate Resilience by 2030 and Beyond", including the Centralized Group Review of Biennial Transparency Reports from African LDCs.
